Designed end-to-end product experiences as part of a cross-functional team, contributing to the successful launch of Share 2.0.

Played a key role in defining the next phase of the product roadmap, focused on transforming the app experience in Share 3.0.
Initiated early design and experience concepts for the Family Feature, aimed at expanding functionality and user value in the next release.

Reached 1.5 million members on the SHARE rewards program post-launch.
Successfully migrated 645,000+ users from MyClub to SHARE with minimal disruption.
Achieved 32% sales penetration, with some business units exceeding 50%.
Built strong brand recognition, with 70% average association between SHARE and Majid Al Futtaim.
Launched first digital wallet for Majid Al Futtaim via SHARE.
Helped setup the principles for digital innovation lab which is currently operating as Digital Xsight Solutions in Majid Al Futtaim.
